Charlotte brings a blend of local expertise, global perspective, and a passion for helping her clients find homes to my real estate career. For the past 10 years, Charlotte has built a career in digital marketing, where she did everything - from starting her own company, guiding clients with marketing campaigns to showing post-sale success. Now she helps clients every step of the way, from home search to close. Originally from Singapore and having lived in the DMV area for extended periods since 2005, Charlotte has called neighborhoods like Vienna, Annandale, Alexandria, Arlington, and the Wharf in DC, home.

A local graduate from McLean High School, having bought and sold homes for herself in the area, and as an investment property owner, Charlotte's experience puts her in a unique position to deliver valuable skills: a client-first mindset, strategic marketing, and tactical negotiation - to get her clients the best value for their home journey. Charlotte currently resides in Arlington and when not helping a client, can be found touring homes on the market, exploring your next coffee spot, hitting the gym, searching for hidden food gems, or chasing adventure—think skydiving. As your dedicated real estate agent, she uses her experience to help her clients find not just a house, but a place they can truly call home.
